Our lease arrangements are the best around and
the closest deal to having your own private hunting grounds
without actually purchasing and maintaining property outright.
Most of them include exclusive, full year hunting, camping
and/or fishing rights, opportunities to develop long-term food
plots, use of ATV's, right of first refusal for renewal at end
of term and a no member limit. That means you
choose the number of group members to fit your budget.
Simply divide the total lease amount by your individual budget
to determine how many members you need. Many of the tracts
available for lease are under active forest resources management,
so you can expect marked boundaries, improved road systems and
enhanced wildlife habitat. Besides our hassle free
liability insurance arrangements, you will also receive
complimentary customized topographic and aerial orthophoto maps.
The properties for lease are mostly forested
with predominately oak-hickory and other hardwood timber and a small amount of pine
typical of the south-central Missouri Ozarks. These are
excellent deer and turkey hunting properties. To learn

Large
tracts can in some case be sub-divided. Ask us if you're
interested.
All lease agreements include liability insurance that name the
landowner as an additional insured through our master hunt lease
policy.
Lease and insurance fees are due in full on the effective date
of the lease signing.
Price varies by tract based on size, location, habitat
components (i.e. forest, field, water), road or trail system,
type and term of lease rights (e.g. full year hunting and
camping, food plots, ATVs, dogs, etc.).
To find a tract that suits your liking, click on
the "Hunt Lease" tab in the left menu column of this page.

properties will appear. The list includes availability,
pricing, and links to individualized aerial and topographic
maps. Furthermore, clicking on the tract number will
provide you with more information, including directions to the
tract.
The majority of our available lease lands can be
visited at any time, just by using the provided directions.
